JESSICA BIEL

Born: 3 March 1982
Birthplace: Ely, Minnesota
Best Known As: Mary Camden of TV's 7th Heaven

Jessica Biel was a teen model before becoming a TV star in 1996 as minister's daughter Mary Camden on WB's family drama 7th Heaven. She made a further splash as the strong-willed granddaughter in the 1997 feature film Ulee's Gold (starring Peter Fonda). A tall brunette with a made-for-beachwear body, she was named one of People magazine's "50 Most Beautiful People" in 1999, and continued making movies between seasons of 7th Heaven. After a slow start with The Rules of Attraction (2002) and The Texas Chainsaw Massacre (2003), Biel landed higher profile roles in Blade: Trinity (2004, starring Wesley Snipes), Stealth (2005, with Jamie Foxx), Elizabethtown (2005, with Kirsten Dunst and The Illusionist (2006, with Paul Giamatti).

She played Adam Sandler's unwitting love interest in the 2007 comedy I Now Pronounce You Chuck and Larry.
Biel's name rhymes with reel... Her stint as a full-time regular on 7th Heaven ended in 2001, but she continued to make occasional appearances on the show in later seasons.
